Jack Vernon Creasman

Jack Vernon Creasman, 86, of Asheville, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Mission Hospital. A native of Buncombe Co., he was a son of the late Frank and Kathleen Stewart Creasman. Mr. Creasman was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Korean War. He worked for the Charles George Veteran's Hospital in Asheville, and was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Norma Dubose Creasman; daughters, Patricia Ann Creasman (Cheryl Anderson) of Lilburn, GA, and Claudia Creasman Lundin of Gray, GA; grandchildren, Lauren Lilla (Damian Lilla) of Poland, and Lindsey Lundin of Tifton, GA; and a sister, Juanita Dial of Asheville. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, PO Box 8195, Asheville, NC 28814. Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Rd. is assisting the family.
