James Albert Beeman, 57, of Asheville, passed away Monday, January 29, 2024.
Born August 10, 1966 in Buncombe Co., James was a son Geneva Sorah Beeman and of the late Oddie Steven Beeman. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Beeman Carver.
In addition to his mother, James is survived by his daughter, Kelsey Beeman; granddaughter, Nevaeh Galvan; longtime love and partner, Allison Warren; and brothers, Steven Beeman and Carlson Beeman.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.

💔 My heart is truly broken. He became an important part of Jay’s and my life. He became a son to me. I could always count on him, and he could me. Kelsey, I have no words that could ever be enough. Your dad, was a one of a kind. He never failed me. His love for his family was evident in all he did. He was a hard worker and dedicated to his friends. We could count on him and he knew he could count on us. My heart is broken for selfish reasons – I miss him already. So much. He never failed to give his honest opinion on anything. I loved that about him. Just know he loved you all. Continue to make him proud-no doubt he will be watching. Papaw meant so much to me and my family. He was a good man I have no clue what to do without him his family will miss him and his friends there is so meany good memories to look back to, he will all ways be in our hearts he never failed me and my family he did so much for me and my mother he is the man I look up to now he was not only my grandfather he was my hero. Papaw all ways had his good advice for me and now I have to stick with what all he told me.

He will live on through us sweet girl❤️ He loved you. You always would tell on me if I fussed at you and here comes papaw fussing at me haha. We hold on to to every memory.
