James David Pitts, 73, of Asheville, passed away Friday, February 11, 2020, at the Charles George VA Medical Center.
A native of Buncombe Co., Mr. Pitts was a son of the late James Pitts, Jr. and Fayellen Fullam Pitts. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Surviving are his sister, Linda Pitts, and his daughter, Amanda Elizabeth Pitts.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 14, at Lewis Memorial Park, with Rev. Brian Coates officiating.
