Jane Fisher Hyatt
July 4, 1949 ~ May 1, 1999
A native of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of Samuel Fisher of Asheville and the late Evelyn Parker Fisher.
She was a customer service representative with Bell South for 28 years, a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church and of the Telephone Pioneers.
In addition to her father, she is survived by a daughter, Kristy Michelle Middleton of Candler; a son, Jeremy Michael Hyatt of Candler; two grandchildren, Hannah Michelle Middleton and Garrett Lee Middleton; two sisters, Brenda Morgan of Snellville, GA and Barbara Pruitt of Asheville, and two brothers, Larry Fisher of Social Circle, GA and Tony Fisher of Snellville.
Funeral services will be at 4:00 pm Monday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack W. Collins officiating. Entombment will be in Pisgah View Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and request that memorials be made to Mountain Area Hospice, PO Box 16, Asheville, NC 28802.
