Janet Sue Lovingood Brown, 67, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022, at her home.
Janet was born September 13, 1955, in Asheville, to the late Hayes W. and Louise Sue Stiles Lovingood. She was a graduate of Enka High School and had worked as a CNA with Asheville Family Medicine and more recently with Biltmore Family Medicine.
She is survived by sons, Heath Brown and his wife Betsy and Adam Brown, three grandchildren, Heath and Betsy’s daughter, Emma Kay Brown and Adam’s son, Brayden Brown and daughter Nevaeh Brown; and a brother, Steven Douglas Lovingood and his wife Rhonda.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Chuck Waldrup officiating and Kathy McKinney providing the eulogy. Burial will follow at Pisgah View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

I have such fond memories of Janet from my childhood. She was so much fun and always had a smile! My prayers and thoughts are with you, Heath and Adam.

Sorry to hear about your mom, I have many memories of her at the HV Park many years ago. Praying God grants you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
To Janets boys hold your heads high because your moma loved you all with all of her hearr soul. Janet was beautiful on the outside and in the inside. She will be missed by many. But just remember God has the key to eternal life. We will all be together in heaven again. Lean on God with all of your burdens. He will help you boys get threw this.
