Mr. England was a native of Buncombe County and was a graduate of Charles D. Owen High School. He was employed as manager of the Taco Bell Restaurant on Patton Avenue.
He is survived by his parents, Gordon “Gordy” England and Teresa Tipton England, both of Swannanoa; a sister, Liberty England of the home; his maternal grandfather Carl Tipton of Skyland and his paternal grandfather, Dan Turner of Black Mountain.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Friday at Chapel Hill Baptist Church cemetery with the Rev. James Lamb officiating.
His family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Thursday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton
Avenue.
