I knew Jerry Wayne Quinn since the 60s. Knew him for more than 40 years and we never had an argument. we did a lot of things together and I’m proud to have called him my friend and comrade in arms. Jerry and I did so many things together I could write a book. I’ve seen him high and seen him low the same as he did with me. This is one person I truly hate to say goodbye to. He always did things his way and what good is it if you don’t? I always called him the mighty Quinn, Id play the song and always got a big smile on his face. Brandi, let me know if I can do anything. Prayers and Love for the family. James Beaver. 828-702-4570

I have been friends with Jerry since we were 10 years old. After 47 years of friendship we always had fun and were into something all the time. I hate to say that I have not seen him in about a year. I will miss him as will all of our friends. The good times we had are way to numerous to count.
Miss you Jerry wish the family well .. You will be missed little brother ..
My husband Bill and I became friends with Jerry in just the past couple of years. He was a man with a great heart. I know that he now knows where Zeb is — and that is a great comfort to him. I hope that he can find the peace he so desperately needed and I hope that his family will find peace in knowing that he is in a much better place. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jerry is my dads best friend. They could go without seeing each other for yrs and pick right back up as if no time has passed. I use to love hearing their stories and will miss hearing the 2 crazy guys talking about all their crazy times. I’ve known him all my life and have always thought of him as a second daddy and boy was there times he acted as a daddy. He was an amazing man and loved by so many. I know he has had an impact on my life as he has some many others. He will be greatly missed! We love You Jerry and always will! Our condolences to the family. From the Clubb’s
I have just been told the news of Jerry’s passing. Jerry was the first person to welcome me to this neighborhood almost 2 years ago bringing with him his famous double yolk eggs and that smile that one can never forget. We became instant friends and he would bring Scarlett up for a visit often. I will miss him dearly. My love thoughts and prayers to his family and a big hug to Scarlett. Love Connie Gibson
To all of Jerry’s friends I have met , thank you for your support and kindness. To those Judy and I have not met but read your kind words , thank you.
I have just learned of Jerry’s passing. I’t came as a big shock to me. I have known Jerry for many years, he was one of my dearest friends. We had some of the best times of my life together. There was nothing better than to throw something on the grill and sit around laughing and cutting up !! He will be greatly missed……rest in peace my friend.
I do not know you, Jerry Quinn, but I know of you, and your long and painstaking search for your lost son, having written a very lengthy article dedicated to him.
May you rest in peace with him as you both deserve. It is clear that you loved him more than words could say, and you should be proud of that. God be with you, and go well.
I only learned of your passing recently. A beautiful smile, loving heart and afraid of nothing is how I remember you. We shared a lot during our years together, good and not so good, but through it all there was love. Jesus and Zebb have their arms around you now and I’m sure you are smiling.
