Jessie Agnes Rush

Mrs. Rush was born in Freeland, MI, and was a daughter of the late MArvin and Ernestine JoAnn Vasold Turner.  She was married to Allen Francis Rush, who died in 1980.  Mrs. Turner's early career was as a school teacher, but later became office manager for High Point Farms in Romeo, MI.   In Asheville she was a member of West Asheville Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Marvin Francis Rush of Asheville, NC.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 pm Tuesday, February 9, 1999, in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeffrey Gowesky officiating.  A second service will be in Rochester, MI with burial at White Chapel Memorial Park in Troy, MI.
