Jessie Mae Moore Hill

Jessie Mae Moore Hill, 95, formerly of 651 Union Avenue, Morristown, TN, died Friday, February 1, 2002, at Silver Bluff Village in Canton. Mrs. Hill was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Albert S. and Sally Young Moore, Sr. She was married to Robert B. Hill, who died in 1984. She is survived by two daughters, Shirley Crumley of Asheville and Carolyn Lewis and her husband Bill of Morristown; two sons, Robert Hill and his wife Louise of Morristown and Gerald Hill and his wife Gerri of Candler; one sister, Betty Morris of Drexel; thirteen grandchidlren, twenty four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2:30 pm Sunday at Pisgah View Memorial Park with the Reverend Ken Lewis and Greg Grant officiating. Her family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Sunday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
