  13. To the Caldwell family,

John was friends with my brother Paul. I got to meet John on several occassions and I found out why my brother thought so highly of him. I see in my brothers eyes and hear in his voice that John will be missed by him. I know you will miss John all the more. It is in these times that you should not lean on your own understanding but with prayer take it to God and he will give you that peace which transcends all understanding. I will be praying for you all and may God bless you in this time.

  14. Christen,

As hard as an experience this has been for your whole family, I rejoice and find extreme solitude that your daddy is now sitting at the throne of Jesus at His feet. Praise the Lord that John has finished his race and trials here on earth.

I know that this trying time will seem neverending…please know that you have so many friends surrounding you and lifting you up in prayer. Please feel that you are never alone, for you truly are not. I love you so very much, and am here whenever you need me!

In my prayers, I ask that God allow you to see Him in this time of need, and that you can know you are loved, just as much as the loved one that is now by His side, smiling down upon you in your tears. God works in ways we may never understand.
