MY SINCERE SYMAPTHY IS EXTENDED TO ALL OF JOHN’S FAMILY. WE DIDN’T SEE EACH OTHER MUCH AFTER WE GREW UP BUT I WILL NEVER FORGET ALL THE FUN TIMES WE HAD WHEN WE WERE CHILDREN. WE WOULD GO VISIT GRANNY AND JOHN’S FAMILY ALMOST EVER SUNDAY WHEN I WAS A CHILD. I HAD SO MUCH FUN PLAYING WITH HIM AND HIS BROTHERS AND SISTERS BECAUSE I WAS AN ONLY CHILD FOR 7 YEARS.
MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND COMFORT YOU DURING THIS TIME.
sorry for you lose he will be missed may god be with all of you in this trying time
I am sadden to hear of John’s passing. I regret that I did not keep in touch with the family. If any of you can remember, I am the granddaughter of Vance and Ida Miller Guest who raised me. Did not know that Blake has also passed. My deepest sympathy to all of the family. Wish I could come to the vistation, but I have to work. Give my love to all and I hope that some of the family will e-mail me. I always remember John as being a wonderful young man and having a wicked sense of humor. I always loved playing with him and the rest when we were young especially when we were at Aunt Mamie’s up on the hill off Tunnel Road. Love to all.

To Colby and his family,
I was deeply saddened to see in the paper that John Lingerfelt had passed away. I was not as young as Colby when I lost my dad, but I know it was very difficult. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers in the days to come and if there is anything I can do, Colby knows where to find me at school.
Please accept my sympathy.
