John Michael Stone

A native of Jersey City, NJ, he was a son of the late Leo J. and Josephine Mulcahey Stone Sr. He was a member of St. Joan Of Arc Catholic Church.
Mr. Stone is survived by a sister, Josephine Stone of Asheville; brothers, Leo J. Stone Jr. of Asheville, Leroy Stone of Raleigh and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church with Father John M. Pagel officiating. A Rosary service will be at 10:45 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
His family will receive friends 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Groce Funeral Home, Patton Avenue.
