  1. Michael & Jane,
We are saddened to hear of Jonathan’s passing, but know that he is free at last to walk and talk, dance and sing, and to look deeply into the eyes of Jesus, who’s heart He knew here on earth! Tears come to my eyes as I think of the wonderful times Jonathan and I had with each other…even the broken leg. We love you and are praying for you as you walk through this difficult time.

  7. Jane, Michael, Mr. and Mrs. Britt: What a blessing it was for me to know Jonathan. He was special in every way. I can picture him now standing at the right hand of God. Jonanthan was and is loved. He will be greatly missed. I have some wonderful pictures of him from our St. Patricks Day dinner. He was so handsome in his green sparkly bow tie.

  9. Jane, I am so sorry to hear about your dear, precious Jonathan and remember so well how thrilled you were to be pregnant and a mommy. Your relationship to your son was one made in heaven, and you walked with an angel for over 33 years. Please know that my love, prayers, and thoughts are with you and will continue to be. I buried my own sweet Mother the day Jonathan died. Isn’t heaven a rich place today? Much love, Kay

  10. Jane,
I was so sorry to hear of Jonathan’s passing but rejoiced for him that he was now free from his body. Any time I needed a laugh or someone to talk to I knew I could go to him and he had a way of putting things into perspective. To me, his smile and laugh was just a glimpse of heaven. I will be keeping you and your family in my prayers.
    Love ya,
    Michelle

The 3 of you are permanently etched on my heart…I think of you – and quote you – often.

I just learned of your loss and grieve with you. I know our Lord will sustain you even as Jonathan dances before Him.

    You’re in my prayers.

With prayers for Christ’s comfort for you. Your care for Johnathan was a model of Christian and family love for us all. I will always remember you strong delight in how Johnathan responded to Christ as he was able.

  18. Dear Michael and Jane: I am so sadden hear of the passing of my little Brother. I have thought about him through the years and I regret not staying in touch. We did a lot of laughing back then. Jane, I remember when you taught him to say apple and I’d make him say it over and over again and he would start to smile and then laugh and laugh! I’m sure he thought I was nuts. He’s in Heaven now and I know he’s dancing around. I’m sure he can’t wait to see everyone again as I’m sure he will have a lot to say. You both are in my prayers now and forever more. I love you. 19. Dear Jane and Michael,
I remember meeting Jonathan my first semester at CIU, and seeing him with you at so many student functions over the years. How blessed he was to have parents like you, and how blessed WE were to have you all as our friends. We wish we could be closer, but our prayers are with you at this time. God bless you. – Larry and Joni

  24. Dear Jane and Michael,
We were saddened to hear of the loss of your precious son Jonathan. We have fond memories of the wonderful ways that you dealt with his special needs over the years you were a part of our lives. We will commit to pray for your strenghthening through this difficult time. We also have special memories of the blessings we received through your ministry at Aloma. And we focus on the consistent and positive influence you’ve had on many, many teens including a special impact on Vicki and Mitch. We thank you and give praise to the Father for that.
