Joseph Todd Smith, 40, of Candler, NC, passed away suddenly on Saturday morning March 4, 2023. He was the son of Kay Clemmons Smith and the late Jan Lamar Smith. He is survived by his daughter; Sura Smith, sister; Kristy Randall, brothers; Cain Smith, and Bryan Dorsey, nieces; Tessa and Chastity, nephews; Isaiah, Nigel, Talon and Landon, cousins; Nick and Angie Ramsey and two great nephews, along with many friends.

A Celebration of Todd’s life will be held at a later date. Groce Funeral Home’s Lake Julian team is assisting the family.
