Joy Susan Bridges

Joy Susan Bridges, 61, of 10 Wilburn Drive, Asheville, died Thursday, March 13, 2008, at her home. Miss Bridges was born in Asheville and was a daughter of the late W. Weaver and Susan Jones Bridges. She was a former reference librarian at Mars Hill College. She is survived by her aunt, Carolyn J. Horton of Asheville. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Green Hills Cemetery with the Revs. Stan Welch and Daniel Dockery officiating. The family will receive friends at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue one hour prior to the service.
