1 John 5:11-13
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Remembrances from the family…

June
“I loved playing at Mamaw’s house with Gizmo”

Christen
“Mamaw lived a beautiful life. She was the embodiment of a servant’s heart. She and Papaw built their life from the ground up and raised generations in their home. She taught us the most important thing in life was family. She would remind me ‘one day they will be all you’ve got. Friends will leave you, but your family is your family’ “.

Laurel
“Mamaw always gave us candy. She was always there for us. Mamaw was the first one to get Holden to laugh. We all loved her gumball machine”.

Kilie
“Dear Mamaw, thank you for teaching me what it means to be a beautiful person”.

Cortney
“Mamaw was the most selfless, caring person who always put others before herself. She was loved unconditionally by so many. I love you Mamaw!”

BJ
“Dear Mama, you will be forever loved in the hearts and minds of us all. What a wonderful life you have given to us all. Thank you, I love you so much”.

Hunter
“Things that remind me of Mamaw: flowers & plants, animals, racoons & birds, cooking magazines, and Christmas stuff”.

Madyson
“The reason I love by Mamaw is because she was always there for her family. Every time we visited her she would always give June candy, even if my mom said no 1 million times to June. Mamaw would say ‘just give her some candy Christen, it’s fine’. I am really sad she is gone and not with us. She had a great life & I really hope she’s happy in Heaven with my great-grandpa. Many loves & hugs.”

Ashley
“It’s hard to describe with words the impact Mamaw had not only on my life but on everyone and everything she encountered. She was kind beyond measure. The sense of security I put in this world was largely due to her. Her ability to forgive is the quality I admire about her the most. She will be missed more than she can ever imagine. I love you”.

Jenell
“Mom loved God & her family more than anything. I’m very thankful to be there with her during her journey to everlasting life. I love you mom forever”.

Amber
“Thanks to Mamaw, I felt the unconditional love of a mother. There would never be enough words to thank you for all you did. I love you, always!”.

Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I always loved how she would play the piano and I would sing. She was a great aunt. Bye sweet lady. Rest now. We love you.

  2. You never forget how someone made you feel. Aunt June was always so kind to me.
I remember her playing the piano and singing Gospel Hymns. I know she loves Jesus!! I can envision her as the lady in the popular photo, “First Day in Heaven” hugging Jesus!
    Praying for you all!
    Love, Tonya

  3. I remember when we were little coming to Bobby and June’s to go swimming. She always had the best smile and laugh! She took good care of uncle Bobby. She loved BJ and Janelle. I know my Mom will miss your friendship. Fly high.💖

  4. June, was a very special lady. She had a big heart, and loved God and her family. You will be missed.

  5. Words of sympathy feel inadequate in expressing grief and sorrow for a loss so great. June touched many people’s lives—mine included. I’m grateful I got the chance to know her. -Michael Haney & family
