  1. I loved knowing Kay after she moved to Flat Rock and listening to so many of her good stories…kissing Elvis in his driveway, sitting in the floor with Biscuit at meal times. She had a beautiful soul that she shared with the least of us!

  2. Rita and I are so sorry to hear this. Take care, Jerry, and all of your family. Rita and Jerry Hallman

  6. I worked with Kay at Northlake Hospital around 15 – 20 years ago. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. She was an excellent nurse and a joy to work with. I was raising my daughter, who was a baby then toddler at the time, and Kay’s grandchildren were young. We shared stories about the kids, and Kay said two different things that I treasure, and have passed on to other young mothers many times since. First was “Just when you think they can’t possibly get any cuter, they do”, and second was “when you have little ones, the days are long, but the years are short”. Every time I pass those along to another new mom I think fondly of Kay, and smile.

  7. Kay,,I just loved working with you!!You were always so upbeat and i loved that smile,,so smart and generous,,, love to you and your family,,,
