He’s resting peacefully now and as much as we wanted him…God wanted him more. I never imagined that 20 years ago, rubbing your belly and talking to the little guy in it that he would someday walk through my door…love my daughter…and change my life forever. I’ll never forget that sweet little smile and his unbelievable politeness. Keep your faith in God and know that Kevyn is always with us. I know my house will never be the same again. When he came into our lives he became instant family, than to find out his mom was my high school friend made it even more special. You have alot to be proud of. He was the best friend to Nicole anyone could ask for,I cant imagine our life without him. They saw each other through many ups and downs. He was the sweetest, most kind hearted, loving, loyal guy. We will miss seeing him pull up the hill and that sweet precious smile. Our lives are forever changed by him. He will always be our sweet ‘Tater’. You keep the faith, cause one day we will see him again. I love you, and will always be here for you.

  11. Bobbie i am so sorry for yours and your families loss. That boy was more than my best friend he was more like my brother .No matter what he would always be there for me if i needed him and it was the same with me if he needed me it didnt matter what time of day i would be there. I wouldnt ever let anything/anyone hurt him and the same for me we would fight someone over the other.Kevyn has majorly effected my life i know that no matter what i can talk to him if i needed to even though he isnt here physically he is still running around poking us and letting us know that he is still here. Im gonna miss his laugh and his smile that he always had on his face. But Kevyn is always gonna be with us watching over us.I cant imagine life with out him but we will all together again one day in heaven and it will seem like just yesterday we was all together laughing and goofing off. We will just remember the memories until that day comes.I love You Bobbie if you need anything im here.

  12. To the family of Kevyn:

So sorry you are experiencing a lot of heartache losing Kevyn. It is so tragic and makes us realize more than ever that anyone of us can become a victim of death that hangs as a dark cloud over mankind. Please be assured though that God did not intend for us to have this envelopment upon us(Isa 25:7,8) but because of our first parents’ lack of appreciation for their Creator, they caused death to come upon humankind.(Gen 3:3,17-19)But as it says in the above scripture in Isaiah verse 7, he will soon swallow up death forever from the earth, allowing the earth again to become a paradise. When Kevyn is resurrected, never again will he have to experience death and will forever be with his family and loved ones, something to really look forward to! Please take time to study the Bible so that you can look forward to these marvelous promises of God and have comfort at this time that you will see Kevyn again!

  13. I can see Kevyn now, wheeling down the island road at the Moose Lodge campground on his golf car. Coming up on the deck, I’d ask if he wanted a soda or some ice cream and usually he did. ‘Whatcha’ been doin’ ‘ and he’d say, ‘ain’t been doin’ nuthin’ ‘. I’d say, ‘well, sit down here in a rocking chair and we’ll rock and do some more nuthin’.’ In retrospect, this sweet, funny, caring young man would not have known how much those times of ‘doin nuthin’ meant to me.
A finer young man would be hard to find and I will miss him. To his family, your loss is many times greater. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
