LAURA E. CARTEE Laura E. Cartee, 71, died Friday, January 26, 2001, in Cincinnati, OH. Mrs. Cartee is survived by a son, Marvin Cartee; a grandson, Richard Piper, and two great-grandsons, Alex and Justin; and by two aunts, Fannie Blankenship and Margaret Harris. Graveside services will be conducted by the Rev. Donald N. Welborn at 11:00 am Saturday at Shepherd Memorial Park. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is in charge of the arrangements.
