  3. May God’s comfort and peace surround Lela’s family during this time of grief. I went to school with Lela from Haw Creek Elementary, to Biltmore Elementary and on to graduate with her at A.C. Reynolds High. What a trip! Lela was such a special young lady, quiet and unassuming. Lela was a constant, dependable, fun-loving girl who grew up to be an admirable woman. I counted her as my friend and never forgot her through the years. I am thankful for her caring work, spiritual faith and her fulfillment of family. May God bless you with great faith as we wait to meet Lela in the home of the blessed.

  4. I attended Reynolds High School with Lela. We were close friends during our freshmen year. I am very sorry for your loss. May God’s loving comfort be with you during this difficult time.

  5. All my love & prayers to all of you. Tried to get there for the funeral but came to the funeral home instead of Mt. Olive…so sorry I missed all of you. God bless you.
    Regretfully,

  6. Tim and family,
Thoughts and prayers for all the family as we morn the loss of Lela. It was such a blessing to call her my cousin. She was so kind, always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. I have very fond memories of her in my childhood. Such a beautiful person inside and out. Heaven gained another precious angel. She can breathe now so freely where the air is pure and no need for oxygen anymore. She has been healed from all her illnesses. Praise be to God! Love you all, Sandra Wooten
