Linda Ruth Roberts Erwin, 69, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at her residence.

Mrs. Erwin was a born in Buncombe County to the late Zeke and Evelyn Johnston Roberts. She was also preceded in death by her husband Calvin Meece.

Linda grew up in the Avery’s Creek Community. She graduated T.C. Roberson High School, class of 1973 and was a member of Avery’s Creek United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a half-sister, Pat Whitson and the Johnstons among whom she lived in Fletcher.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Avery’s Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Spencer Cullom officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Avery’s Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery mailed to 725 Pennsylvania Rd. Arden, NC 28704.
