Guestbook

  1. Rita I am so very sorry for your loss. Always loved your Mom and Dad, they were such a wonderful part of our little Mills River community. I can still see their smiling faces at church on Sunday. No doubt they are now dancing on the streets of gold together. Praying for you and your family.

  2. My sweet precious neighbor..moms best friend. Both together in Heaven..Lois and JC and Rita were our neighbors..lot of precious memories made w this family..along w Lois mother .Sarah..Praying for the family..for peace.Lois is at rest in her heavenly home..its not goodbye..but see you again..Love to Rita.Chris and the girls..God Bless you for taking such good care of Lois..💜💜💜

  3. Rita, our condolences to you and your family. Your Mom and Dad(always known to us as Lois and J.C.) were so very special to our Mama and to Gloria and myself. J.C. was such an encouragement to me in my youth and he and Lois continued in their encouragement as I grew up and found my way in this world. I am so thankful for loving neighbors who took their time to talk and suggest directions to a boy who seemingly had no chance at a successful future. Mama and Lois are now together in Heaven just as they were together as close friends and neighbors here on this earth. May God bless you and your family during this time.

  4. Rita, I am so sorry to learn of your mom’s passing. She and I had many good times and laughs when we worked together at the bank in Druid Hills. We stayed in touch for many years and her pride and joy was certainly her family. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. With love, Kelly Lamb

  5. I worked with Mrs. Lois at the Northwestern Bank many years ago. She was always a kind and lovely woman. I’m sorry for your loss and prayers for comfort at this time.

  6. Dear Rita & family,
We are so sorry for the loss of your dear mother. How we enjoyed visiting with her in her home in Mills River. I loved to hear her stories. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

    Love ,
    Mike & Darlene Goforth
