Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Sweet Miss Lucy, you will always be in our hearts. You played such a great part in our lives at Woodland Hills Baptist, watching and loving us and our girls as we all grew in the Lord. You will always be remembered for playing the music for daughter Niki’s wedding to Jared Hoyle. Dear family that we have known for over 30 years, we love you all and will pray for that wonderful peace from our Father God to fall so sweetly on you all.

  2. Fondest memories are in my heart while serving Lucille with her music needs during my ownership of asheville music supply. She was a warm person to talk with on many topics. My prayers are with the family during these days of adjusting without her sweet presence among you but that memories will fill your heart with peace.

  3. Blessings on the Lawrence family. We have many wonderful memories of Bob and Lucy! We love this family!

    Gayle and Stella Brown

  4. Lucy was a true sweetheart. My wife, Pat, cared for her for a time while while she was living at Crowell Farms off Oak View road. She was truly one of the sweetest, kindest, most genuine persons we both ever met. It’s a pity this troubled world doesn’t have more ‘Lucys’. It’s easy to see why everybody that knew her said. ‘I Love Lucy’.

  5. Our deepest sympathy to each and every family member.
Lucy was a sweet, special lady, an angel. So many fond
memories of Bob and Lucy, and children when we would
visit them. All our love to the family.

  6. Gordon, Becky, Kathy and Charlie: So very sorry to hear of Lucy’s passing…Did not know about it until Udean Burke called me around 3:30 yesterday to inquire about the funeral arrangements…We only get the paper on Wednesday and Sunday..
We loved Lucy and have many fond memories from our 45 year friendship with her and the entire family….May God bless all of you.

    Keith and Frances Snyder

  7. He [God] heals the brokenhearted; He [God] binds up their wounds.’? (Psalm 147:3) I’m sorry for your loss; may God provide you and your family with peace and comfort during this difficult time. The Bible shares a wonderful resurrection hope for future. I pray that you find comfort in the wonderful promises of John 5:28, 29 and Acts 24:15.
