Harvey,
I was saddened to hear of Lynda’s passing. I remember her fondly from my years in Vidalia when we were in the Women of GPC together. When I first met Lynda, I thought, ‘what a perfect match for Harvey’!! She was really special. I know that you will miss her terribly, but your memories are surely wonderful.
She was a gracious lady and I’m sure, a great mother and wife. She will be missed by all her loved ones.
God bless you and your family and ease your grief with the joy of loving Lynda.

Sir,
I consider it to have been an honor to have known Lynda. I met Lynda through the Franklinia Playhouse. She was always a delight to be around. I’ll never forget her portrayal of a Grecian Urn in the ‘MUSIC MAN.’ Having known her was one of those gifts that God gives to some of us from time to time. My prayers go out to you and your family.
I have many precious memories of Lynda. Family reunions were much more fun when she was there! My sincere condolences to H.C., Harvey, Jay and all of Lynda’s family.

Our deepest sympathy to you all in
the loss of your loved one. Lynda
was such a bright ray of sunshine in our lives. She will be dearly missed.
So many memories, I don’t know where to begin. The pink house, standing by Harvey’s bed with our arms under his little head after his surgery, your buying me my first shorts set, babysitting the boys and us all three crying, sitting in our yard in the evenings, seeing the Ku Klux Klan, me constantly running over to your house, the squirrel that you thought was going to attack Harvey, Jay when he was a snuggly little bear, Harvey and Elvis, so much love, so much fun, so much feeling like your daughter. I love you, Margaret
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. I know this is a great loss for you and your family. Thinking of you.

Harvey & family, I am so sorry to hear of Lynda’s passing. I want to say how much ya’ll have meant to me in my life. Both of you have had an impact on my life’s journey and I often wonder where would I be today had not God let me cross your paths. Those days at Robert Toombs where so important in my development and Lynda helped me so much in ‘learning’ the educational process. We will continue to remember you and the boys. I know you are proud on them. Would love to hear from you. I’m still here at Plant Hatch in the Training Dept. Thanks again for giving me opportunites for success because you and Lynda opened some doors for me. Always a friend. May God continue to bless. Edwin Brantley

Harvey,
I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. Believe me I know how you feel. I have a son that was called home 6 years ago and losing a part of your life is something we all have to contend with. I know that your a strong man and you will suffer through this but you will become strong again. I had the chance about 30 years ago to meet your wife and over the years the memories of her kindness still touches my heart. She will be missed by many. May God place his hands over you and protect you from those times when you become sad.

Harvey, I miss you and Plant Hatch misses you. You and you family are a cherished part of our Hatch family. Your leadership and friendship has touched us all. May our Lord give you and your Sons peace and comfort during this time. I lost my Mother in September of 2005 and my Dad lost his wife of 52 years.
