  4. To my friend Maneva,
I hope you knew how much you meant to me. Going to Soil & Water meetings you tried to keep me straight. Knocking on doors and leaving you there was such fun. Just to see your face when the door opened. And your trying to explain about the other girl. Teaching you about cruising the parking lot. You were all smiles and the best. I appreciated your mothering to a home sick girl who never traveled far. Our friendship was made on our first meeting in 1978 and continued on. You will be missed by Joe, your family and especially Ivy who always spoke about often. You loved her so much. God had a plan for you. And someday our plan will be complete. Until we meet again…..
