Margaret Hamlin Frizzell, 78, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022.

Mrs. Frizzell was born October 4, 1943, in Asheville, to the late Floyd Glen and Vada Fender Hamlin. She was married to the late Claude J. Frizzell and she had worked as a machinist for Norton Diamond Tool Company in Arden until she retired.

She is survived by her son, Roger Frizzell; daughter-in-law, Dawn Frizzell; granddaughter, Crystal McCormick (John); great-grandchildren, Nikolai and Jackson; a sister, Faye Hamlin and brothers, F. Glen Hamlin, Jr., Eddie Hamlin and Bill Hamlin. She was preceded in death by siblings, Ruth Christopher, Iva McKinney, and Aaron, David, James, Dennis and Jerry Hamlin.

Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum with a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2022, with Mr. Eddie Hamlin officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
