Margaret Louise Moody Jarrett, 87, formerly of Clement Drive, Horseshoe, died Friday, October 6, 2006, at Flesher’s Fairview Health Care.
A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Charles W. and Bonnie Gilliam Moody. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Porter Jarrett, who died in 1993.
Mrs. Jarrett is survived by one brother, Jack Moody, Sr. of Asheville.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Monday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Reverend Ryland Whitehorn officiaitng.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association Memorial Center, PO Box 5216, Glenn Allen, VA 23058 or to one’s favorite charity.

Memories of Louise remain with each of us forever.
We were not able to attend the funeral of our dear friend and former neighbor, Louise. We loved her and Porter and they came to our home on Christmas morning for many years. They will be in our hearts forever. Arne, Dorothy, Sharon, Susan & John.
In her early years, she loved to cook and made friends easily. She was very special to her nieces and nephews.
