Marian Anna Hubbs

Marian Anna Menten Hubbs, 90, formerly of 272 Brevard Road, Asheville, died Sunday, December 3, 2006, at Aston Park Health Care Center. Mrs. Hubbs was born in Milwaukee, WI and was a daughter of the late Henry B. and Katherine Haislmaier Menten. She was married to Robert S. Hubbs who died in 2003. She is survived in loving memory by her friends. Mrs. Hubbs served in the Army Air Corps during WW II and worked in the insurance department of AKZO America. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald N. Welborn officiating. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Mausoleum Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is in charge of the arrangements.
