You were and always be the biggest influence in my life and don’t know where I would have ended up without your guidance in my teenage years. You taught me how to play golf and witnessed my best shot ever a hole in one, and you said not to tell anyone that I hit a pitching wedge 165 yards cause no one would believe it. And it saddens me that I never got back over but a couple of times to play with you again, but when we meet up again under God’s plan we will T it up again. But the main thing I want to say is thank you for being my father figure as I grew up without my dad for most of my childhood and I love you and you will surely be missed. P.S. I love you,
Was sorry to learn of the passing of Claude; he was such a kind and caring person and will be missed by his Erwin friends. May God watch over you and comfort you in your loss. May he give you the strength to go forward and to stand firm in his word and his love.
Claude you may be gone but you will never be forgotten. The impact you made in this life is everlasting. You were that father figure to my brother when his own father failed, my mother Rosa West considered y’all dear friends and thanks you deeply for always being there as an example for her son. From our family this is not goodbye…it is only see you later!
