  1. Dear Klaus and Jean,

We just saw the sad news about Mark in the Asheville online newspaper. We are so very sorry, our hearts hurt very much for you. We want you to know we are thinking of you, and Kristina and your granddaughter.

This past September we made the big move back to Rochester to be closer to our children and extended family. It was sad to leave North Carolina, but we felt we should take advantage of the upsurge in home values, and everything happened very quickly. We are on the waiting list to move to a patio home neighborhood in Fairport affiliated with the Baptist Home. In the meantime have rented an apartment in Fairport which is just minutes from both kids.

We would have liked to have sent a card to you and tried to find your address, but even Ria does not have it. It is good that Groce has the email feature. We are sorry it has been so long since we were together, but we did enjoy the times we spent with you.

Again, we were so shocked and saddened to learn about the loss of your dear son, Hopefully many wonderful memories will somehow help.

    Much love, Bob and Carol
