Hello Tom,
It has been along time since we have seen each other, but I never forget a friend. I am very sorry for the loss of your sister.
I remember when I lived on Harvard Place and you lived on Deleware and we walked to Vance School together. There were 5 of us: Tommy, Ronnie, Jimmy, Billy and Johnny! (and probably more) Now we have all gone our seperate ways, but those were the days!
Please accept my condolences in the loss of your sister.
Tommy and Jimmie; My sister, Barbara Sisk, who still lives in Asheville advised me about the passing of Martha Sue. I’m saddened and sorry for your loss at this time. I’ll always remember with fondness our childhood days on Delaware Ave. Please accept my heartfelt condolence. Joel Zibelin
Dear Jimmy, Debbie and Richard,
I was so sorry to hear about Martha Sue. It just seems like yesterday when I was talking with her at my parent’s house (Mary & Bob Lewis). She was so very kind to me during my many trips to Asheville during dad’s illness and then his death.
We are all fortunate to have so many fond memories of growing up on Delaware Avenue.
I pray that you will find comfort in the memories you share and the knowlegde that time does easy your loss.
Love,
Beth (Lewis) Mcevitt
Martha has been my friend since I moved here in 1993. We worked together for over 7 years at American General, and kept in touch even after I left there. She was more like a mother to me, and my husband, son, and I adored her. I will never, ever forget her and what she meant to my life.
Richard, Kelly, Kim, Crystal, and of course Cloe. Susie was a wonderful person and I will miss seeing her at all the birthday parties of Cloe. She will be missed by so many!

Dear family – It’s been much too long since I have had any contact with you but I can remember what a beautiful child was Martha Sue. I couldn’t help noticing the resemblance to her Mother, who was also a lovely person. I, and Balfour before me, have such great memories of all of the Teague family. Please accept my love and condolences in this sad time.
