Mary Elizabeth Jackson Mullinax, 95, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012. A native of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late Oswald Jackson and Margaret Hall Jackson Morgan. She was also preceded in death by a son, Robert A. Mullinax; granddaughter, Rebecca Flood; great-grandson, Cody Flood; sister, Clara Ivey; brothers, Raymond and J.P. Jackson; and former husband and the father of her children, Marvin M. Mullinax. She was a graduate of Lee H. Edwards High School, and worked for 31 years with the Ice Service Stores. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Craft and her husband, Pete, and Joyce Cicero and her husband, Robert; a son, Harold M. Mullinax and his wife, Donna; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday, June 18, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with the Rev. Rodney Hagans, Jr., and the Rev. Karen L. Easter officiating. Interment will follow at Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 587 Haywood Road, Asheville, NC 28806.

I am so glad we had a great vist Tuesday, June 12,2012 and am glad you went to the activities at Aston Park on Wednesday, June 13 2012. We have spoke to Pastor Rodney Hagans and the service will be Monday, June 18 at 11 and receive friends from 10am and 11.

  3. In loving memory of bib I would like to thank the family for all their support and friendship through the years. I think of each of you as my family. Bib was an inspiration to all of us and she and I had many years of fun. She is now in heaven with our lord and I am so looking forward to seeing her again some day.   4. I am so grateful for a sweet visit with Bib several weeks ago. How wonderful it is to know she is no longer suffering and is now with our Heavenly Father. She will be missed.

    Today is Sunday the 29th of July and I just wanted to tell you how much I miss our Saturday and Sunday calls. We could just talk for hours and I enjoyed everyone that we had. I know that you are at rest now and no more pain. I love you, Carolyn
