Fran and I were friends through the Women of the Moose. She was very special to me….like family. I was with her to the very end.
My Mother Jane Gragg helped Frances in her time of need when her Husband Harvey died and Sister Ruth passed away. Frances will be greatly missed.
In loving memory, James Rice

I didn’t really know Fran, although I talked to her many times on the telephone and I saw her with her husband. She is with him now and she and he are not suffering no pain now. My prayers are with the family who is left behind. I’m sure it’s hard to deal with losing two wonderful people within a month. Just know God loves you and I pray His comfort upon you in the days ahead dealing with the loss of your loved ones. His word tells us He has prepared a place for those that are His children. May God bless you and be with you. Remember God is always with you and so are many thoughts and prayers.
Love In Christ,
Teressa Warren
My deepest sympathy to the family. I will miss Frances.
