MARY LUCILE LEDBETTER HAGAN
ASHEVILLE – Mary Lucile Ledbetter Hagan, 88, of Bingham Rd., died on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Memorial Campus, Mission Hospital.
A native of Winston Salem, she was a daughter of the late Riley Nathan and Dorsey Hill Ledbetter. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Hagan, who died in 2003; and sons Richard Hagan, Daniel Marvin Hagan, Jr., and James Lee (Jimmy) Hagan.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Lou Waddell and husband, Ronnie Mayer, of Swannanoa; sons Riley E. Hagan and wife Evelyn of Marshall, and Ray Bob Hagan and wife Margaret of Asheville; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Stella; and a brother, R.J. Ledbetter of Winston Salem.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Green Hills Cemetery, with the Rev. Steve Rhinehart officiating.

Just wanted to express our sincere sympathy to Mary’s family. We loved Mary. She was always such a joy to talk with and be around. We will surely miss her.
