Maxine Lynn Hill

maxine hill
Maxine “Lynn” Hill was born February 4th 1960. She transitioned to her next life on August 9th as she was in her bed surrounded by friends singing and laughing with her beloved dogs in bed with her. She loved to go to Harrah's, go out to eat, loved to travel. She loved her dogs and her friends and “family” were very important to her. She loved to go to church and being a part of the “Sunshine Singers” She took pride in volunteering at People being Jesus, MANNA Food Bank, Asheville Humane Society, mostly she loved her friends. She loved with no conditions she never met a stranger. Lynn would give you the shirt off her back if she thought you needed it. Lynn never understood who people couldn't get along. She taught us how to love and be loved. No one could ever stay mad at Lynn because she always said “but I love You” this is how we should all be. Lynn loved bright colors so if you want to wear pink or purple that would honor her that would be great. She is survived by her blood family, her family of choice and her church family. A graveside service will be at 1:00p.m. Monday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
