Arden – Melanie Alexander Anderson, 36, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 26, 2007.
A native of Asheville, she was the daughter of Pat and Jean Sharpe of Arden.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Duane Anderson; a brother, Allen Sharpe of Arden and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian. The family will receive friends following the service.
