  3. Millie Dowtin was my former mother-in-law. She was an incredible lady with exceptional style and gentle kindness. She possessed an amazing sense of humor. I am honored to have known and loved her. She deeply loved her family and to them I send my most sincere sympathy. My daughter, Mackenzie, her only grandchild, is so much like her. I am blessed to have a little part of Millie here on earth. Take solace in the fact that she is with her heavenly father and suffers no more. Much love to you all.
