Fletcher ~ Mildred Patterson Harrah, 82, of Wiltshire Circle, Fletcher, died on Wednesday, November 23, 2005 in a local health care facility.
A native of Layland, WV, Mrs. Harrah was the daughter of the late Howard and Orpha White Patterson. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Clarice Gonzalez and Grace Jones. She was a member of Trinity of Fairview Church.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jessie Harrah of Fletcher; a daughter, Narcia Ridenour and husband Tommy; one grandson, Michael Ridenour and wife Michelle; two great grandchildren, Matthew and Micah Ridenour all of Etowah, NC.; one sister, Hilda Shawver and husband Garland of Beckley, WV and a brother, Harold Patterson of Hazard, KY.; numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday at Trinity of Fairview Church with the Rev. Stacey Harris and Rev. Stephen Harris officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 -2:00 P.M. Friday at the church prior to the service.
The family will also receive friends Saturday at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Rainelle, WV. from 10:00 – 11:00 P.M. followed by a graveside service in Wallace Memorial Cemetery in Clintonville, WV.
