Asheville ~ Nan B McKay, of Woods Edge Drive died on Sunday, March 12, 2006 at the Hospice Solace Center.
Mrs. McKay was born in Jefferson, SC. She was the daughter of the late Evander and Lillie Boatwright Baker. She was employed with Sears Credit Department and was an avid bowler.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda McMahan of Asheville and Anita McKay of New York; one son, Lt. Col. Eugene McKay, U.S. Army, Retired, and his wife Nancy, of Winston Salem and three grandchildren, Catherine McKay, Stuart McKay and Scott McMahan.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 Thursday at the John F. Keever Hospice Center Chapel.
Burial will be held in Pageland S.C. at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mountain Area Hospice, P.O. Box 25338, Asheville, N.C, 28813.
