Nelle R. Laetsch

Mrs. Laetsch was a native of Asheville and was a daughter of the late Henry A. and Julie Margaret Watson Robertson.  She was married to the late Frank F. Laetsch.

She attended Lee H. Edwards High School after which she went to work for Southern Bell as an operator and worked her way up to be
Public Relations Manager before retiring with 33 years service.  She was a member of the Telephone
Pioneers of America and of West Asheville Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by a son,
Gregory Frank Laetsch and three grandsons, Alexander, Joseph and Benjamin Laetsch.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday at West Asheville Presbyterian Church with the Rev.
John Odom Officiating.  Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery.

Mrs. Laetsch will remain at Groce Funeral Home on Patton
Avenue until being placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service.
