Nellene Conard White

Nellene Conard White, 66, of Candler, died on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at her residence. A native of Jackson, MS, Mrs. White was a daughter of the late Clarence and Frances Willis Conard. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Scott Timothy Conard. Mrs. White was a loving wife and mother, and she is survived by her husband, Arnold White; daughter, Kim Smith and husband James, and Karen Arlinda Chidlow and husband Tiernan; grandchildren, Maddison and Peyton Smith, Autumn Meadows, and Cole and Travis; sister, Libby Mintz and husband Edward; brother, Geoffrey Conard and wife Teresa; and sister-in-law, Rachel Conard. A celebration of life service for Mrs. White will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at 163 Candler School Rd., Candler, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Arnold White, 6 McFee Rd., Candler, NC 28715. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.
