Rodney & Andrea so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you both. Love Brenda Jarvis
Rodney and Andrea, I loved NJo so and Doyle loved her too! Perhaps she and Doyle have greeted each other in heaven today. She was such a treasured member of our Sunday school class and we were friends in so many projects for Sunday school and much more. My heart aches for you, but as many have said to me during the past two weeks; we will see them again … does not take the hurt away, but our anchor holds in our Lord Jesus. God bless you on this difficult portion of the journey and know I care. Hugs from my heart! PS: wonder if there is a tea room in heaven? More hugs!
Helen and I have been neighbors of Nellie Jo Maney for maney years and I worked with her at the National Climatic Center until I retired in 1986!
We used to to see and talk to her and and O’Neil around the circle! They were both very nice friendly neighbors, and we always enjoys seeing them!
MAY GOD BE WITH HER, HER FAMILY ,AND FRIENDS!
So sorry for your loss. She must have been an amazing woman. We have the privilege of knowing her son, Rodney, and if he is any indication, she must have been an amazing mother, too. Our prayer for the family is that they do not grieve without hope because they know where she is!
Lived next door to the Maneys’ in the 50’s – 60’s. I hold many fond memories as a little girl of Jo and her loving family growing up on Princeton Drive. Having moved away many years ago, I had no idea of her long list of accomplishments and the remarkable legacy she leaves behind. My sincerest condolences to Rodney and Andrea. May you be comforted and at peace with the knowledge that you will someday meet again.
Gilda, I just now read this obit of your sisters death. I pray God will give you a peace that only He can give you and your family during this difficult time.
With deepest Sympathy
