Orlee Bartley Mullins, 89, of Asheville, NC, formally of Elkhorn, City, KY passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023.

Mrs. Mullins was born July 20, 1934 in Pike County, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jerry Mullins.

She leaves behind three sons; Charles Mullins (Sue) of Rogersville, TN, Harry Mullins (Marilyn) of Candler, NC and Steve Mullins (Tammy) of Melbourne, Florida; one daughter, Joann Swiney (James) of Elkhorn City, KY; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at Lucas and Son Funeral Home in Pikeville, Kentucky.
