Oscar was a great friend that I first met in 1984 in Boron Ca.
Shared many good night’s working together. We remained in touch over our many years through our careers with the BOP. It was a please to have known him and he will be missed.
My funniest memory that I shared with him involved an institution jeep getting stuck in a dry riverbed in the desert. Then having to walk back to get Oscar’s truck and pull it out.
So glad to have visited with him and Juanita at our home last winter
My wife Marianne and I offer our deepest condolences to Juanita and his entire family.
I am so sorry for Oscar’s passing. He was a wonderful friend for many many years. Oscar had a zest for life which was evident all the way until his passing. He fought a courageous battle with this dreaded disease. Oscar will be fondly remembered by his many friends and his dear wife Juanita who cared for him throughout the good and bad times that cancer affected. I love you both.
Oscar was a co-worker at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office. He was always helpful when some one needed help at work. I remember him as a friend also.
Oscar was loyal to his work. I will miss him and his FB postings. God Bless you Juanita and give you peace.
Once you love someone, they will never completely leave you…and so it is with Oscar.LOL
