Pauline Webb

PAULINE “TINCEY” WEBB Pauline “Tincey” Webb, 90, of 455 Victoria Road, Asheville, formerly of Leicester, died Tuesday, January 17, 2006, at Magnolia Health Care Center. Miss Webb was preceded in death by her parents, William Lonzo and Hattie Cox Webb, sisters, Pearl Cole and Ruby Gates and brothers, Weaver, Howard, Robert and Thomas Lee Webb. She had been a member of Corinth Baptist Church since childhood. Surviving are one sister, Edna Meeker and her husband, Paul, of Asheville; three brothers, Charles Webb, Joseph Russell Webb and his wife Ruth, and Melvin Webb, all of Leicester; nephews, David, Timmy, Danny, Gregory, Kenny, Russell Eugene, Ray Dean, Nicky and Keith Webb and Mike Meeker; nieces, Nancy Williams, Joan McCurry, Sharon Carter, Lynn Collin, Jean Harris, Susan Webb, Kathy Campbell, Sally Morrison, Pamela Webb, and Shirley Johnson, and many great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Ricky Townsend officiating. Burial will be at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
