  1. I have fond memories of ‘Uncle Ray’ and will never forget how he spoke of going to heaven where he would run free from pain and restraints. He was looking forward to being with his beloved sister again and I’m sure he’s grinning ear to ear. you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

  2. My sincere sympathies to the Whittemore family. Very sorry for your loss. Know that God is eager to do away with death. Jehovah hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) He has a longing to conquer that enemy, to undo death by means of the resurrection. He yearns to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. (Job 14:14,15) What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your dear loved ones.

  3. Mr. Whittemore: May you have eternal peace. We are probably related in some way. My grandmother, Margaret Blankenship (1893>1955) was a Whittemore before she married, from Barnardsville.
