Reba Joyce Metcalf, 68, of Asheville, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024 at Elevate Health & Rehabilitation.
Born June 8, 1955 in Unicoi, TN, Reba was a daughter of the late Bart and Frances Hensley Metcalf. She was also preceded in death by siblings Jeanette King, Janice Buckner and Larry Metcalf.
Reba attended North Buncombe High School, and was of the Baptist faith. She worked in healthcare as a CNA.
Surviving is her sisters, Mafre Cole, Alberta Webb and Mable Reece; brother, James Robert Metcalf; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16 at The Laurels of GreenTree Ridge, 70 Sweeten Creek Rd., Asheville, NC 28803.
