Robbie Paschall Tolley, 89, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022.
A native of Asheville, Mrs. Tolley was a daughter of the late Hiram Grant and Lennie Mae Phillips Sparks. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Ponder; second husband, Ed Paschall; sisters, Mary Lou, Alice, Annie Lee, Thelma, Dorothy, and Hazel; and brothers, Charles and Clarence.
She is survived by her husband, David Tolley; son, David Ponder and his wife Teresa; granddaughter, Stacey Sellers and her husband Vincent; and great-grandsons, Aiden and Dylan Sellers.
Mrs. Tolley’s family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Stacey Harris, Trinity of Fairview, will officiate. Private interment will take place at Green Hills Cemetery.

We love you aunt Robbie thank you for all the wonderful memories throughout the years of family and growing up in and around Asheville. May God comfort your family and give them peace knowing you have gone home to be with the rest of the family, we’ll meet you there one day in the not to distant future.
Aunt robbie you have been a wonderful part of my life . I will never forget the unconditional love you always gave me and I will always remember the great times we got to spend together. You will be so missed and always loved and remembered.
