Shirly, You and your family are in our prayers. Bob will be missed greatly.
I was a coworker at the Citizen-Times for 25 years. As features editor I took many faded photos and snapshots to engraving and begged Bobby to try and get a printable image. He was always gracious and did the near impossible. He was smiling, friendly and generous. I am sorry he has been taken. I extend my sincere sympathy.
all of our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. bob meant the world to all of us especially pop. our prayers are with you in the days to follow.
Shirley,
We have just learned of Bob’s passing, I am heartsick that we did not know..
Shirley my heart goes out to you… I know the loss of Bob is such a hard thing to face..
Just remember all the wonderful times and the cutting up and his impish grin.. he loved to laugh and he enjoyed life and his family…
Even though I didn’t see him often over the last decade I always thought of Bobby and how much Daddy loved him…. and how much he loved you and the kids……
Now Bob can keep your Uncle Millard and my Dad company…. they will be having a great old time….
Love you Shirley….
Linda
