Robert Frank Ritchie
June 8, 1924 ~ October 18, 1999
Mr. Ritchie was born June 8, 1924, in Mecklenberg County. He was a Navy veteran of WW II and was retired from McDevitt and Street
Construction Company of Charlotte.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Rhodes Ritchie; six children, Lynn Ritchie, Renee White, Rosemary Jones, Robin Linker, Risa Colberg and Bob Ritchie; eleven grandchildren, five sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon Thursday in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian with the Revs. Bobby Dees and Tom
Sherwood officiating. Burial will be at Bearwallow Baptist Church Cemetery, Gerton.
His family will receive friends Thursday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
